Seth Binzer, the lead singer of the late-1990s rap-rock band Crazy Town, has died. Better known by his stage name Shifty Shellshock, Binzer was 49 years old.

The cause of death has not yet been released.

Crazy Town rose to fame in 2001 with their hit song "Butterfly." The band's other singles included "Toxic" and "Re-Cycle." They released two studio albums, "The Gift of Game" and "Darkhorse," before disbanding in 2003.

Binzer released a solo album in 2004. He also appeared in several films and television shows, including "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" and "CSI: Miami." He reformed Crazy Town in 2007 and the band last performed in 2022.

Binzer's death is a loss to the music community. He was a talented musician and vocalist who helped to define the rap-rock genre. He will be missed by his fans around the world.
